To hold date/time for any of my services a retainer is required and is applied to total due.

A marriage license must be obtained from a TN Clerk's Office.

There is an inside and outside decorated arch. Decorations are changed seasonally.

Ample parking in my driveway. (do not park in the street)

Pricing is for the ceremony only. If you have anything else that you want, you MUST discuss it with me.

If you want to brings guests, that needs to be discussed during initial contact and if anything changes before your date. See fee below.

Music is not available for ceremonies. You are welcome to use your phone if you are having the mini-wedding ceremony.

$10 for each guests (children included) and if over guest count of package. Any amount of guests over the limit must be discussed before arrival.

$50 if a photographer attends (professional or friend) - one hour time allotted for ceremony and pictures

$25 for use of private changing room - 30 minutes time allotted

Vegas Style - $75 (availability depends on weather and can be moved inside at my discretion)

November - February is offered inside as a 'sofa' ceremony

60 minutes allotted for use of changing room, ceremony and pictures - arrive no more than 15 minutes before start time
Does not include a reception opportunity. If you want to expand upon what is provided in this package give me a call to discuss and price will increase.

For professional photography, you are always welcome to bring a photographer, I recommend:

If you bring a photographer an hour is allotted for pictures and there is an additional $50 fee.

If you bring a photographer, I must be told before the the day of the ceremony to not cause a schedule conflict.

Fees for formal ceremonies with or without a rehearsal (starting point of drive is my location):

Henry Horton State Park: $250+ with rehearsal $350+

30-45 minutes or less one-way travel for Wedding: $350+ with rehearsal $500+

45 minutes+ one-way travel for Wedding: $450+ with rehearsal $650+

1 1/2 hour travel one-way travel: $550+ with rehearsal $800

2 hours - $750+ with rehearsal $975+

Two hours+ each way travel - Fee TBD (lodging will be required)

If significant travel is required, travel expenses will be additional.

For formal weddings, I do have a formal robe and sash to wear upon request.

I arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony and any additional time will be charged.

If fee is an issue, please give me a call and we can discuss it..

Delay fee for late starting ceremonies: > 45 minutes $100 (due before license will be signed) Maximum wait time one hour.

Hiking to wedding site: $150 additional fee (limited to one mile to/from location)

Scheduling restrictions may control wait time and result in inability to conduct ceremony. Full fee forfeited.

A formal commitment ceremony is the same fee as wedding ceremonies but not legally binding.

License should be obtained from a Clerk of Courts office of any county in TN and must be presented before the ceremony can begin.

Retainer fee is required (non-refundable) and is due at time of booking. The retainer fee is applied to the balance due.
