New Year’s Eve and New Years Day Elopement Ceremonies
Weddings by Valise and Notary Services will be offering elopement weddings ceremonies during the holidays at my festively decorated house or I can travel to your location. If travel is involved we will discuss fee during the initial consultation. Religious and non-religious ceremonies are available. Guests count is limited to eight people at my location. If you want to have more than eight guests the fee would increase but is limited to less than 15 people if at my location ($10 per person over eight guests). If it is at your location there is no limit on guest count.
Holiday Elopement Fee: $350
My fee includes:
· Consultation to discuss details and plan your special day
· Coordination services to make your special day go smoothly
· Festive decorated venue with a warm and welcoming atmosphere
· Officiating services for your elopement wedding
· Completion of marriage license
· Returning the marriage license to the Clerk of Court office
· Ample parking
· Changing room for bride and groom
· Restroom available
· Photography services using your cell phone to preserve memories of your wedding day
· If you want to hire a professional photographer or want additional time for pictures, fee increases by $50 and an additional 30 minutes is allowed for photography for a total time of an hour and a half.
· Props for pictures to add that special touch
· An hour allotted for use of changing room, ceremony and pictures
Non-refundable retainer of $200 is required to hold date and time. The retainer is applied to the balance due and the remaining amount is due the day of the ceremony upon arrival. Don’t forget the marriage license.
